Fee InformationI. Coaching Programs"Achieve Your Destiny" - Group Coaching ProgramThis program makes a direct impact on the income statement of our clients. The fee associated with this program has been calculated to represent a fraction (.05 to .1) of the Return on Investment that the program yields. The program creates revenue growth for our clients in the following manner: 1) Secures new revenue from new clients; 2) Secures new revenue from existing clients; 3) Increases efficiency through time management; and 4) Increases utilization rates by emphasizing both revenue-producing activities and cost-reducing activities. The base fee for the program is calculated at $10,000 with an additional cost of $1,500 per attendee. This is the total cost of the program and it includes the following: unlimited follow-up individual coaching sessions, collaboration on and drafting of strategic business & marketing plans, brainstorming sessions by telephone, all printed materials & distributed literature. Upon completion of the program, the client company will receive an invoice from The Gordian Corporation for services rendered. Payment of that invoice is expected to be received by The Gordian Corporation within 30 days after the program's conclusion. "One-on-One" - Executive Coaching ProgramOur Executive Program is a one-on-one coaching program that allows us to spend significant time working hands-on with you. The program is customized to fit the needs of the individual. It can cover a range of business issues - communication skills, supervisory tools, handling difficult clients, time management, practice development strategies -the program is prioritized toward those aspects that are most important to you. The total cost for this program is $7,500 per individual. It includes: collaboration on and drafting of strategic business & marketing plans, brainstorming sessions by telephone, all printed materials & distributed literature. Upon completion of the program, the individual client will receive an invoice from The Gordian Corporation for services rendered. Payment of that invoice is expected to be received by The Gordian Corporation within 30 days after the program's conclusion. II. Recruiting ServicesThe Gordian Corporation's service fee is made on a contingent basis for the referral of a candidate that is subsequently hired by the client company. Upon the successful placement of an executive candidate - The Gordian Corporation will receive payment of 1/3rd or 33.3% of that candidate's total 1st year projected income. Upon the client company receiving an invoice for services rendered, payment of the invoice is expected to be received by The Gordian Corporation within 10-30 days after the candidate's start date. The Gordian Corporation guarantees its placements on behalf of its clients. Should the individual voluntarily leave the client company or be dismissed for just cause within 90 days, The Gordian Corporation will replace the new hire with 2-3 qualified candidates to be considered for the position in question. We maintain industry standards and review related questions on an individual basis, including those related to pro rata refunds. Legal Recruitment:The Gordian Corporation's service fee is made on a contingent basis for the referral of a candidate that is subsequently hired by the client company. Upon the successful placement of an attorney candidate - The Gordian Corporation will receive payment of 1/4th or 25% of that candidate's total 1st year projected income. Upon the client company receiving an invoice for services rendered, payment of the invoice is expected to be received by The Gordian Corporation within 10-30 days after the candidate's start date. The Gordian Corporation guarantees its placements on behalf of its clients. Should the individual voluntarily leave the client company or be dismissed for just cause within 90 days, The Gordian Corporation will replace the new hire with 2-3 qualified candidates to be considered for the position in question. We maintain industry standards and review related questions on an individual basis, including those related to pro rata refunds.
